Focus on being a better, more relaxed street rider with more confidence. The guided training works on areas the normal rider may need to refine. Flexibility is key here, as not everyone has the same skill-set or concerns.
Riding in traffic normally, or during commute times is one target area. Comfort with freeway/highway traffic, merging, group riding etiquette, hills, and back-country roads (cornering) are also prime areas to work on.
